 | |  As president and chief operating officer, William ("Bill") oversees the leadership involved with the operations of Auntie Anne's, Inc.’s franchise business model, Auntie Anne’s Pretzels, and its manufacturing and distribution division called, City Line Manufacturing Company. Bill's primary focuses include strategically planning for the continued success of the corporation through a committed focus on franchise partner relationships, new market establishment, venue diversification, and growing corporate revenue sales channels. Before joining Auntie Anne's, Bill served as vice president and general manager for Sonoco CorrFlex (formerly CorrFlex Display and Packaging) of York, Pa. Bill helped to build that company to approximately $235 million in sales before Sonoco purchased CorrFlex in 2004. Early in his career, Bill worked for his father in a family business that owned nine Wendy's Old Fashioned Hamburgers® restaurants. Bill graduated from the University of Florida. Bill and his wife have three children and live in Lancaster, Pa. Bill enjoys playing golf, hunting, and rooting for the Florida Gators®. Bill's favorite Auntie Anne's Pretzel is the Original. |
 | |  As chief administrative officer, Beth oversees human resources, executive offices, employee services, and facilities maintenance departments for Auntie Anne's, Inc. As corporate secretary, Beth is responsible for maintaining the official documents of corporation such as the official seal, records of shares issued, corporate bylaws, and minutes of all board and committee meetings. She has been with the company since 1997 and has over 25 years of experience in administration, working with top-level executives on the legal, insurance, construction, marketing, advertising, and business franchise opportunities teams. Beth and her husband live in Conestoga, Pa. and have two children and two grandchildren. She likes to spend her free time with her family and also enjoys a good workout. Beth's favorite Auntie Anne's Pretzel is the Original with no butter. |
