PRESIDENT AND CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER As President and Chief Operating Officer, Bill oversees the operations of Auntie Anne's, Inc.’s franchise business model, Auntie Anne’s Pretzels, and its manufacturing and distribution division, City Line Foods Manufacturing and Distribution Center. Bill's primary focus includes strategically planning for the continued success of the corporation through a commitment to franchise partner relationships, new market establishment, venue diversification, and growing corporate revenue sales channels. Before joining Auntie Anne's, Bill served as Vice President and General Manager for Sonoco CorrFlex (formerly CorrFlex Display and Packaging) of York, Pa. Bill helped to build the company to approximately $235 million in sales before Sonoco purchased CorrFlex in 2004. Early in his career, Bill worked for his father in a family business that owned nine Wendy's Old Fashioned Hamburgers® restaurants. Bill graduated from the University of Florida. Bill and his wife have three children and live in Lancaster, Pa. Bill enjoys playing golf, hunting, and rooting for the Florida Gators®.

 | | Beth Monaghan Chief Administrative Officer As Chief Administrative Officer, Beth oversees Human Resources, Executive Offices, Employee Services, and Facilities Maintenance departments for Auntie Anne's, Inc. She has been with the company since 1997 and has over 25 years of experience in administration, working with top-level executives on the legal, insurance, construction, marketing, advertising, and
business franchise opportunities teams. Beth and her husband live in Conestoga, Pa. and have two children and two grandchildren. She likes to spend her free time with her family and also enjoys a good workout. Beth's favorite Auntie Anne's pretzel is the Original Pretzel with no butter. |
 | | Dale Smucker Vice President, Purchasing & Distribution Dale manages the supply chain for the Auntie Anne's System by negotiating pricing with manufacturers of paper products, food items, smallwares, and equipment that are used by all Auntie Anne's stores. He works closely with the Food Science & Technology Department and the Quality Assurance Manager on new product testing. Dale plays a key role in integrating all new products into the Auntie Anne's system, and is responsible for negotiating contracts with new and existing suppliers for national pricing. Dale is also responsible for all the commodities products used within the Auntie Anne’s system. Prior to joining Auntie Anne's in 1991, he was employed by Ford New Holland-North American. Dale has an associate degree in practical theology.
Dale and his wife Ruth have two sons, Brandon and Burnell. He enjoys spending time with his family, running, playing golf, and spending time at the beach. Dale’s favorite Auntie Anne’s pretzel is the Almond Pretzel with a

 | | Dom Portanova Vice President, Real Estate As the Vice President, Real Estate, Dom is responsible for the oversight of the Leasing, Specialty Retail, Construction, and Franchise Sales Departments.
Prior to joining Auntie Anne’s, Dom worked as a real estate consultant, owning and operating Dom Portanova Associates, which he established in 1997. Through this company, Dom worked with Auntie Anne’s in a consultant’s capacity for more than 20 years before joining the Auntie Anne’s executive team. Dom has held high level positions in the retail leasing industry for over 30 years, working with Clair’s Boutiques, Icing, and Sbarro’s among other companies.
Dom, and his wife, Sherry, live in Mechanicsburg, Pa. Dom’s favorite Auntie Anne’s pretzel is the Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel.

 | | Douglas Martin Vice President, Operations As Vice President, Operations, Doug provides leadership to the Company Store and Training Departments. Prior to Doug’s current position in Operations, he worked in the Store Support Department as a Franchise Business Consultant in the Northeast Region.
Prior to joining Auntie Anne's, Doug worked in the human resource field for two years directly after college. Doug owned and operated a commercial printing company for 15 years and has a bachelor of science degree in business administration/human resource management from Messiah College in Grantham, Pa.
Doug and his wife, Crystal, have two sons, Josh and Tyler. Outside of work, he is actively involved in a local soccer program where he previously served as Board Chair, as well as coach to his son's team. Doug’s favorite Auntie Anne’s pretzel is the Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel.

 | | Heather Neary Chief Marketing Officer As the Chief Marketing Officer, Heather is responsible for the strategic planning and marketing for our domestic stores and prepared products. Heather also provides leadership for the Communications and Franchise Business Consultant teams. Prior to becoming the Chief Marketing Officer, Heather served in the roles of Marketing Manager and Director of Marketing for Auntie Anne’s from 2005 – 2008.
Prior to joining Auntie Anne's, Heather was the Associate Brand Manager for an office supply manufacturer in Long Island, N.Y. Prior to her position in Long Island, she worked as the Managing Editor of a business magazine in San Diego, Calif. Heather has a bachelor of arts in English from Millersville University and an MBA from Penn State University.
Heather enjoys spending time with her husband, Dan, and stepdaughters Jordan and Sara. She also loves to play golf, run, exercise, and play with the family dog, a very spoiled Rottweiler rescue named Ilse. Heather’s favorite Auntie Anne’s pretzel is the Original Nuggets with Hot Cheese Salsa Dip.

 | | Lindi Barton-Brobst Vice President, Legal & Compliance As Vice President, Legal & Compliance, Lindi oversees Legal, Franchise Administration, and Government Affairs for Auntie Anne's. This includes coordinating Auntie Anne's annual franchise disclosure process. In addition, Lindi is actively involved with FOCUS Brands International on new deals for Auntie Anne's stores around the world.
Lindi joined Auntie Anne's in 2007 after completing a clerkship with the Northampton County Court of Common Pleas in Easton, Pa. She attended Penn State University’s Dickinson School of Law, as well as Randolph Macon Woman's College, and studied at the University of Reading in Reading, England.
Lindi and her husband live in York, Pa., with their daughter, Caroline. In her free time, Lindi enjoys quilting, running, and camping. Her favorite Auntie Anne's pretzel is the Jalapeño Pretzel.

 | | Melanie Auxer Vice President, Food Science & Technology As Vice President of Food Science & Technology, Melanie oversees the Quality Assurance and Product Development divisions within the company. Melanie's primary focus is ensuring the development of food safe, quality products that consumers love.
Before joining Auntie Anne's, Melanie received a bachelor of science degree in food science from Penn State University. She worked at Wilbur Chocolate Company, where she was employed as a Food Microbiologist and Cocoa Applications Technologist. She came to Auntie Anne's in 2001 to serve as Food Scientist for the Research and Development Department.
Melanie enjoys spending time at the beach with her family and lives in Glenmoore, Pa. with her husband and three sons. Melanie’s favorite Auntie Anne’s pretzel is the Pretzel Dog. |
 | | Mitch Blocher Chief Financial Officer As Chief Financial Officer, Mitch is responsible for managing Auntie Anne’s® cash flow and profitability. He also focuses on developing and maintaining the operating and accounting controls needed to maintain proper records and provide information and analysis for management decision making. Mitch is actively engaged in tracking ongoing economic trends in order to forecast and plan appropriately for the company’s continued financial success. Before joining Auntie Anne’s, Mitch served as Vice President, Tax and Treasury for FOCUS Brands. Prior to joining FOCUS, Mitch was Vice President of Finance for Church’s Chicken, and from 1996 to 2005 he worked with Avado Brands, a publicly-traded restaurant management company based in Madison, Ga. Mitch began his career in public accounting with Deloitte & Touche, and has spent the last 16 years in the restaurant industry. Mitch lives in Lancaster, Pa., with his wife and has three children. He enjoys just about any outdoor activity including running, playing golf, and shooting. Mitch’s favorite Auntie Anne’s pretzel is either the Original Pretzel or Cheese Pretzel Dog. |
 | | Nicole Hostetter Executive Assistant to President & Chief Operating Officer As Executive Assistant, Nicole provides administrative support to Bill Dunn, Auntie Anne’s President and Chief Operating Officer. Nicole coordinates Bill’s schedule and helps manage the information and requests that come in and out of the office of the President and Chief Operating Officer.
Nicole has over 12 years of experience with Auntie Anne's. Her employment with Auntie Anne's began in 1994, though she left for several years to be home with her children. She rejoined the company in 2009. Nicole resides in Conestoga, Pa., with her husband and four sons. In her spare time, she enjoys cheering for her boys’ sports teams, spending time with family and friends, and home decorating.

 | | Wayne Garnes Vice President, New Revenue Initiatives As Vice President, New Revenue Initiatives, Wayne is responsible for the Prepared Products Sales Division and works to develop new revenue channels for Auntie Anne’s.
Prior to Auntie Anne's, Wayne worked with The O'Neal Group, where he served as the Chief Operating Officer responsible for all business operations, including development and oversight of O'Neal Group Partnerships. Wayne has over 25 years of progressive experience in general finance, including private equity, financial management, and operations. Wayne earned his undergraduate degree in accounting from Rutgers and an MBA in finance from Seton Hall University, Stillman School of Business.
Wayne and his wife, Felicia, live in Livingston, N.J. with their three sons. Wayne’s favorite Auntie Anne’s pretzel is the Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel.
