PRETZEL BREAD LOAF RECIPE










YOU'LL NEED:
  • Auntie Anne's© At-HomeTM Baking Kit
  • Nonstick spray
  • Two 9” x 5” loaf pans

DOUGH PREPARATION

  1. In a large bowl, dissolve contents of 1 yeast packet in 1¼ cups lukewarm tap water (105°F). Let sit about 2 minutes. Water temperature must not exceed 115°F.

  2. Add 1 dough mix to yeast/water mixture. Using a rubber spatula (or your hands), mix until dough ball forms.

  3. Grease the 2 loaf pans.

  4. Divide dough in half and press half into each loaf pan. Coat a sheet of plastic wrap with nonstick spray and place on top of each loaf pan.

  5. Place the loaf pans in a warm place (85-95°F) for 30 minutes so the dough can rest (i.e.: by a sunny window, on top of or near a warm oven, or on top of a refrigerator).

PRETZEL BREAD LOAF RECIPE

Yield: 2 loaves | Preheat oven to 350°F.
  1. After 30 minutes, remove the plastic wrap and place both loaf pans into preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

  2. Turn the bread loaf out of the pan and cool on a cooling rack.
