Without our franchisees, there wouldn't be any Auntie Anne's Pretzels for us all to enjoy. We believe in investing in our people and are proud of the hard work and dedication of all of our franchisees. So let's raise a pretzel and toast our franchisees, wherever they may be. Wait. What's that? Why, here's a couple of franchisees now ...
Meet Bob Haas
For 10 years, Bob Haas strived to become an Auntie Anne's franchisee, and in 2003 his determination for the Auntie Anne's® Pretzel concept paid off when he was awarded his first store at South Station in Boston.
A career salesman and a regular traveler, Bob experienced his first Auntie Anne's Cinnamon Sugar pretzel in 1993. Instantly transformed into a pretzel lover, Bob began searching for Auntie Anne's Pretzels throughout the country during his many trips. He discovered that each sparkling-clean location offered the same fresh, hot, hand-rolled soft pretzels and friendly customer service. Read Bob's full story.
Meet Lisa Ashworth Oertli
Lisa Oertli gave up a prestigious management position at an international behavioral science firm to wear a uniform and work in the mall. Needless to say her friends and family all thought she was crazy (well, at least at first).
Lisa was introduced to the company by her neighbor -- who just so happened to be "Auntie" Anne Beiler herself! Lisa quickly learned about Anne's passionate work ethic, worldview, and intriguing success as a pretzel franchisor. Despite looking at several other concepts, Lisa kept circling back to Auntie Anne's Pretzels. Read Lisa's full story.
