Eggs in a Pretzel

Eggs in a Pretzel
  • 1 or more soft pretzels
  • Butter
  • 2 - 3 eggs per pretzel
  • Frying pan
How to make the dough
Prepare soft pretzels per the package directions or use leftover soft pretzels.
  1. Heat the frying pan over medium high heat. Spray frying pan with nonstick spray or coat with melted butter. Place one soft pretzel into the frying pan with top side facing up.
  2. Crack an egg into each of the large pretzel holes. Place a lid on the frying pan and fry until the egg is cooked. NOTE: Internal (core) temperature of the fully fried egg should meet or exceed 165°F.* The pretzel may be left uncovered and flipped with a spatula to make over easy eggs.
