6 NUTRITION TIPS

Consider the following nutritional tips as you plan for your next trip to your favorite Auntie Anne's store.

  1. GET BUTTER-FREE
    Request your pretzel without butter. When served without butter, our Original, Original Stix, Cinnamon Sugar, Cinnamon Sugar Stix, Raisin, Jalapeño, and Garlic Pretzels, average just 1 gram of fat. 

  2. REDUCE THE SALT
    Speaking of salt, reduce your sodium intake by asking for your pretzel with no added salt. Or choose a Sweet Almond, Cinnamon Sugar, Cinnamon Sugar Stix, or Raisin Pretzel, and you’ll reduce the sodium to less than 500 milligrams per serving. 

  3. MANAGE PORTION SIZES
    Our Stix and Nuggets are perfect for eating at your leisure and managing portion sizes.

  4. LOOK FOR LOW-CAL. OPTIONS
    Choose Marinara Dip as lower calorie/fat dip option.

  5. WATCH TRANS-FATS
    Our pretzel flavors don’t contain trans-fats, except for the Pretzel Dog. The regular Pretzel Dog contains 0.5 grams of naturally-occurring trans-fat, while the Jumbo Pretzel Dog has 1 gram of naturally-occurring trans-fat.

  6. UNSWEETEN YOUR DRINK
    To lower your caloric intake, choose unsweetened beverages, such as Diet Coke®, Diet Lemonade*, Unsweetened Tea*, or bottled water.
