We use simple, easy-to-pronounce ingredients in all our pretzels. Here you’ll find the nutritional information for our full list of products. You’ll also find nutrition brochures at each location. Making smart, balanced choices is easy when you visit Auntie Anne’s. 
Tip #2 Hold The Butter
When served without butter, our Original, Original Stix, Cinnamon Sugar, Cinnamon Sugar Stix, Raisin, Jalapeño and Roasted Garlic Parmesan Pretzels average just 1 gram of fat. 
Tip #3 Reduce The Salt
Reduce your sodium intake by asking for your pretzel with no added salt, or choose a Sweet Almond, Cinnamon Sugar, Cinnamon Sugar Stix or Raisin Pretzel (less than 500 milligrams per serving).
Tip #4 Manage Portion Size
Our Stix and Nuggets are perfect for eating at your leisure and managing portion sizes.
Tip #5 Look Low-Cal. Options
The Marinara Dip is a lower-calorie dip option.
Tip #6 Watch Trans Fat
Our pretzels don’t contain any added trans fats. The regular Pretzel Dog contains 0.5 grams of naturally occurring trans fat, while the Jumbo Pretzel Dog has 1 gram of naturally occurring trans fat.
