- How do I get the Auntie Anne’s Rewards app?
- Download the app from the Apple Store or Google Play Store.
- What type of phone do I need to use the app?
- Our app is available for use on iOS and Android phones.
- Is there a fee for enrolling in the Auntie Anne’s Rewards program?
- Nope, this program is free!
- Why is this app asking for permission to have access to my location?
- This is not a requirement, but enabling your location allows the app to find Auntie Anne’s stores near you when placing a mobile order. You can also manually search for a location if you do not allow the app access to your location.
- How do I earn points?
- Earning rewards points is very easy. Simply download our app, sign up, and agree
to participate in Auntie Anne’s Rewards. Scan the QR code under the EARN section
of our app, at the register before completing your order, or get points
automatically when you order in the app.
If you forget to scan the app before completing your order, you can scan or manually enter the barcode at the bottom of your printed receipt to earn points towards your order.
- How much are points worth?
- For every dollar you spend at Auntie Anne’s, you will receive 10 points. You’ll earn a free pretzel reward after every 250 points earned.
- Do my points expire?
- Yes, points that have not been converted to a reward expire after 12 months of inactivity. As long as you’re earning or redeeming points within a 12-month timeframe, your points won’t expire.
- How do I redeem rewards?
- Valid and active rewards are found under the REWARDS section of our app. Redeem rewards on an in-store purchase by selecting REDEEM IN-STORE, confirming you want to redeem in-store, and presenting the reward QR code to the cashier before completing your order that includes applicable items. After confirming you want to redeem a reward in-store, you have 10 minutes to scan and apply the reward to a counter order. No other rewards can be redeemed within the 10-minute countdown. If you do not redeem the reward within 10 minutes, the reward will re-load into the Rewards section of the app until true expiry.
You can also redeem rewards on in-app, mobile orders. Redeem rewards on an in-app, mobile order by selecting REDEEM ONLINE, confirming you want to redeem in-store, add applicable menu items to your cart and apply the reward at checkout. Rewards cannot be redeemed for delivery orders placed with a third-party partner such as DoorDash, Uber Eats or Grubhub.
- Can I redeem more than one reward at a time?
- You are limited to redeeming one reward per order/visit.
- Can I redeem a reward and earn points in the same order?
- Yes! You can earn points on every eligible purchase.
- Can I earn and redeem rewards at any Auntie Anne’s store?
- Not all Auntie Anne’s stores are currently able to honor Auntie Anne’s Rewards. Auntie Anne’s/SUBWAY® locations, Pilot Truck Stops, Amusement Parks, and most travel plazas and airports do not accept the rewards program.
