Monkey Bread Recipe

SERVES: 8-10
  • Auntie Anne’s® DIY At-Home Baking Kit
  • 1½ cups granulated sugar
  • ½ cup (1 stick) melted butter
  • 3 Tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 10-cup Bundt pan
  • Flour (for dusting)
  • Nonstick Spray
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Melt 1 stick of butter.
  2. Prepare the dough for your monkey bread using the Auntie Anne’s DIY Kit Mix Instructions.
  3. Mix sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl.
  4. Divide the dough into approximately 45-50 pieces and form into 1” balls.
  5. Place dough balls in melted butter and coat evenly.
  6. Place buttered dough pieces into the cinnamon sugar mixture and shake bowl to coat. Place cinnamon sugar coated pieces of dough into a greased 10-cup Bundt pan.
  7. Repeat steps 4-5 until you have used all the dough pieces.
  8. Bake 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan 5 minutes. Invert onto serving plate. Best served warm.
