Auntie Anne’s was built on the tradition of caring for others. Founders “Auntie” Anne and Jonas Beiler set out to raise money for a family-counseling center that they later opened. The tradition of giving back continues with Auntie Annes’ rewarding partnerships.
Auntie Anne’s is helping in the fight against childhood cancer, having raised more than $2 million through in-store fundraising campaigns, coin canister donations, local pretzel-rolling contests, and our C.A.R.E.S. Golf Tournament.
Auntie Anne’s is committed to fighting hunger and reducing food waste by donating surplus pretzel products through hunger-relief organizations such as rescue missions and after-school programs. Since 2010, Auntie Anne’s has donated more than 11.4 million pretzel products through its partnership with Food Donation Connection.
The C.A.R.E.S. (Community Action Requires Employee Support) Committee was founded in 1995 by the employees of Auntie Anne’s Inc. The mission of this independent, nonprofit organization is to provide focused community support through time and financial resources. Although separate, Auntie Anne's Inc. strongly endorses and encourages the efforts of the C.A.R.E.S. Committee.
