William P. Dunn
President and Chief Operating Officer

Bill’s favorite pretzel is the Original.

Bill oversees the strategic operations of Auntie Anne's, Inc.’s franchise business model and its manufacturing and distribution division, City Line Foods Manufacturing and Distribution Center. Bill's primary focus includes strategically planning for the continued success of the corporation through a commitment to franchise partner relationships, new market establishment, venue diversification, and growing corporate revenue sales channels. Before joining Auntie Anne's in 2007, Bill served as Vice President and General Manager for Sonoco CorrFlex (formerly CorrFlex Display and Packaging) of York, Pa. Early in his career, Bill worked for his father in a family business that owned nine Wendy's Old Fashioned Hamburgers® restaurants.

Beth Monaghan
Chief Administrative Officer

Beth’s favorite pretzel is the Original, hold the butter.

Beth oversees the Human Resources, Executive Offices, Employee Services and Facilities Maintenance departments. She has been with Auntie Anne’s since 1997 and has more than 25 years of experience in administration, working with top-level executives on the legal, insurance, construction, marketing, advertising and business franchise opportunities teams.

Mitch Blocher
Chief Financial Officer

Mitch’s favorite pretzels are Original and the Cheese Pretzel Dog.

Mitch is responsible for managing cash flow and profitability. He also focuses on developing and maintaining the operating and accounting controls needed to maintain proper records, and provides information analysis for management decision-making. Mitch began his career in public accounting with Deloitte & Touche and has spent the last 16 years in the restaurant industry as VP of Tax and Treasury for FOCUS Brands, VP of Finance for Church’s Chicken and working for Avado Brands.

Brian Boycan
Vice President, Nontraditional Development

Brian’s favorite is the Jalapeño Pretzel and other days the Sweet Almond Pretzel.

As Vice President of Nontraditional Development, Brian is responsible for expanding the company into venues such as airports, travel plazas, universities, Wal-Marts, military bases, casinos, etc. Brian joined Auntie Anne’s in 1992 as a Franchise Business Consultant. He started the Specialty Retail program in 1994, served as a Leasing Rep, then as Director of Real Estate and Site Development from 2004 until 2009, when he began focusing solely on nontraditional development. Prior to joining Auntie Anne's, Brian worked for Engle Business Equipment, and in the pastorate.

Dale Smucker
Vice President, Purchasing & Distribution

Dale’s favorite pretzel is the Almond with Caramel Dip.

Dale manages the supply chain by negotiating pricing with manufacturers of paper products, food items, smallwares and equipment that are used by all Auntie Anne's stores. Prior to joining Auntie Anne’s in 1991, he was employed by Ford New Holland-North America.

Senior Vice President, Development

Doug’s favorite pretzel is the Cinnamon Sugar.

Doug provides leadership to the Company Store, Training and Construction departments. He also works closely with the President & COO on strategic growth partnerships. Prior to joining Auntie Anne’s, Doug owned and operated a commercial printing company for 15 years.

Heather Neary
Chief Marketing Officer

Heather’s favorite pretzel is the Original Nuggets with Hot Cheese Salsa Dip.

Heather is responsible for the strategic planning and marketing for our domestic stores and prepared products. She also provides leadership for the Communications and Franchise Business Consultant teams. Prior to becoming the Chief Marketing Officer, Heather served in the roles of Marketing Manager and Director of Marketing for Auntie Anne’s from 2005 – 2008. Prior to joining Auntie Anne’s, Heather was the associate brand manager for an office supply manufacturer in Long Island, N.Y. Before that she worked as the managing editor of a business magazine in San Diego, Calif.

Melanie Auxer
Vice President, Food Science & Technology

Melanie’s favorite is the Pretzel Dog.

As Vice President of Food Science & Technology, Melanie oversees the Quality Assurance and Product Development divisions within the company. Melanie's primary focus is ensuring the development of safe, quality products that consumers love. Before joining Auntie Anne's in 2001, Melanie worked at Wilbur Chocolate Company, where she was employed as a Food Microbiologist and Cocoa Applications Technologist.

Nicole Hostetter
Executive Assistant To President & COO

Nicole's favorite pretzel is the Original Pretzel Nuggets.

Nicole provides administrative support to Bill Dunn, Auntie Anne’s President and Chief Operating Officer. She coordinates Bill’s schedule and manages the information and requests that come in and out of the office. Nicole has more than 12 years of experience with Auntie Anne’s. Her employment began in 1994, though she left for several years to be home with her children and rejoined the company in 2009.

Okey Reese
Vice President, Real Estate

Okey’s favorite pretzel is the Sweet Almond Pretzel.

Okey oversees the Leasing, Specialty Retail, and Franchise Sales departments. His responsibilities include the strategic oversight of identifying new growth opportunities throughout the United States, landlord partnership development, and finding locations for franchise partners. He has been with Auntie Anne’s since 2010 and served as a Leasing Representative before being promoted to Director, Real Estate West Coast in 2012. Prior to joining Auntie Anne’s, Okey spent seven years at CBL Properties leasing regional malls in the Midwest. Okey recently relocated to Lancaster, Pa. He is a diehard Pittsburgh sports fan.

Tracey Grinestaff
Vice President Of Legal & Compliance

Tracey’s favorite pretzel is the Original with Sweet Mustard Dip.

Tracey interacts with and supports many internal departments relating to a wide variety of legal requirements, including, but not limited to, franchise disclosure laws and regulations, advertising and marketing, labor and employment, and litigation. Tracey worked for Auntie Anne’s from July 1999 to August 2007 as a corporate counsel before transitioning to private practice working as a commercial transaction attorney for Gibbel, Kraybill and Hess LLP. She rejoined the Auntie Anne’s Team as Vice President of Legal & Compliance in July 2013.

Vice President, New Revenue Initiatives

Wayne’s favorite pretzel is the Cinnamon Sugar.

Wayne is responsible for the Prepared Products Sales Division and works to develop new revenue channels for Auntie Anne’s. Prior to Auntie Anne's, Wayne worked with The O’Neal Group, where he served as the Chief Operating Officer responsible for all business operations, including development and oversight of O’Neal Group Partnerships. He has more than 25 years of progressive experience in general finance, including private equity, financial management and operations.
