Heather Neary, President
Heather Neary was named President of Auntie Anne’s in November 2015. Heather joined Auntie Anne’s in 2005 and has held various roles in the company in which she was responsible for the oversight of marketing, communications, the franchise business consultant team, research and development, product innovation, and the franchisee leadership team. Most recently, Heather served as Vice President, Global Marketing. Prior to joining Auntie Anne’s, Heather held roles in marketing and as a managing editor for a business magazine. Heather received a B.A. from Millersville University and an M.B.A. from Penn State University. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Lancaster YMCA and the Board of Advisors for Penn State Harrisburg.
Brian Boycan, Vice President, Nontraditional Development
As Vice President of Nontraditional Development, Brian is responsible for expanding the company into venues such as airports, travel plazas, universities, Walmarts, amusement parks and stadiums. Brian joined Auntie Anne’s in 1992 as a Franchise Business Consultant. He started the Specialty Retail program in 1994, served as a Leasing Representative, then as Director of Real Estate and Site Development from 2004 until 2009, when he began focusing solely on nontraditional development. Prior to joining Auntie Anne's, Brian worked for Engle Business Equipment, and in the pastorate. Brian received a B.A. from Summit University of PA, an M.Div. from Summit University School of Theology, and an S.T.M from Dallas Theological Seminary. He is an active supporter of The Factory and HOPE International.
Scot Crain, Vice President, Franchise Relations
As Vice President of Franchise Relations for Auntie Anne's, Scot fosters effective communication and collaboration among all of the company's stakeholders. Scot developed and continues to coordinate the activities of Auntie Anne's Franchise Advisory Council system, which is a valuable forum for networking, peer-sharing, and franchisor/franchisee dialogue. He also provides analytical leadership to the company through the review and assessment of a variety of franchise and corporate initiatives. Scot began his career with Auntie Anne's in 1993 as the company’s first National Director of Store Support, and has since held a number of leadership positions. Before joining Auntie Anne's, Scot spent seven years as a consultant for a franchise consulting firm in Chicago. Scot received both his B.A. in English and an M.B.A. from Western Illinois University.
Jackie Secor, Vice President, Operations
As Vice President of Operations, Jackie is responsible for ensuring the operational excellence of franchised and Company Owned Store locations. Jackie joined the Auntie Anne’s family in 1998 as a store manager for a franchisee. After promotions to District Manager and Director of Operations, she joined Auntie Anne’s corporate in 2008 as a Franchise Business Consultant. She was quickly promoted to Regional Director before becoming Vice President of Operations in 2016. Jackie is active in the Women’s Food Service Forum and graduated from Lycoming College with a B.A. in Mass Communications.
Mike McCoy, Vice President, Franchise Sales
Mike manages the franchise sales team and processes for all traditional Auntie Anne’s locations in the U.S. market. He has been in this role since January, 2015. Mike joined Auntie Anne’s as a Store Support Representative in 1993 and has since served as Associate Director of the Northeast Region, Mid-Atlantic Regional Director, Director of Store Support, Director of Franchise Development and International Operations, and, most recently, Regional Vice President, International for FOCUS Brands, where he oversaw the operations and development for all FOCUS Brands locations in Europe, Russia, Canada, and Hawaii. Mike earned his B.A. in International Relations from Bucknell University.
Okey Reese, Vice President, Real Estate
Okey oversees the Leasing and Specialty Retail departments for Auntie Anne’s. His responsibilities include the strategic oversight of identifying new growth opportunities throughout the United States, developing landlord partnerships, and discovering locations for franchisees. He has been with Auntie Anne’s since 2010 and served as a Leasing Representative before being promoted to Director, Real Estate West Coast in 2012. Prior to joining Auntie Anne’s, Okey spent seven years at CBL Properties leasing regional malls. Okey earned his B.S. in Finance from The Pennsylvania State University.
Sean Keyes, Vice President, Design and Construction
As Vice President of Design and Construction, Sean oversees new store openings, remodels, and satellite openings for the Auntie Anne’s system. Sean joined Auntie Anne’s in 2003 as a designer and project manager before being promoted to Director of Design and Construction. He received his B.S. in Design from Millersville University.
Dale Smucker, Vice President, Supply Chain
Dale manages the supply chain, ensuring all paper products, food items, smallwares and equipment that are used by Auntie Anne's stores are distributed accurately and efficiently. The longest tenured current Auntie Anne’s associate, Dale joined the company in 1991 as one of the first full-time employees. Prior to joining Auntie Anne’s, he was employed by Ford New Holland-North America.
